What this site is
Helios Investment Journal Co., Ltd. (Unified Business Number 33771458), represented by Wei-Ting Chen, publishes free editorial and informational articles about the role of artificial intelligence in investment — in particular, the analysis of climate risk for investment portfolios. The articles are written for general information and education, from a Taipei reading of global and domestic markets.
Nothing is sold
This site does not sell anything. There are no subscriptions, paid reports, paid plans, bookings, deposits, managed accounts, trade signals, or personalised investment advice. Because nothing is sold, there is no refund page on this site; if a paid product or service is ever introduced, a refund policy will be added before it appears.
No investment advice
The articles are editorial commentary on method, not advice to buy, sell, or hold any security, fund, or portfolio. Nothing on this site, and nothing in any reply to an inquiry, should be read as a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation relating to any investment. Decisions about your own investments are yours and should be made with a licensed professional where appropriate. We will say so plainly when a question is outside what an editorial journal can answer.
Using the inquiry form
The contact form posts your message to a same-domain handler and uses it only to reply to you. By submitting it you confirm that the details you entered are yours, that you consent to our use of them as described in the privacy page, and that you are not sending confidential or material non-public information. We may decline to answer inquiries that ask for individual investment recommendations.
Intellectual property
The articles and the design of this site are the work of the journal. You may read, link to, and quote short passages with attribution to Helios Investment Journal. You may not republish whole articles, scrape them for training a model, or present them as your own. Photographs are used under the licences credited in our build record and remain subject to their respective licences.

Articles may reference or link to external sources for the reader’s convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the journal is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on editorial articles, which are commentary and not advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Taiwan law.

Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from the use of this site are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.
